1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Process for Returns

  2. Provide your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the designated courier partner.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (time may vary depending on the bank/payment provider).
  • In case of partial returns, only the value of the returned product will be refunded.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

5. Replacements & Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, we will process a full refund.

6. Cancellations

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return process must be followed.
