- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote or rural areas may take longer.
- Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen events.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
- For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will be applied and shown at checkout.
- Any additional surcharges (remote area, heavy/bulky items) will be displayed before payment.
4. Delivery Areas
- We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes covered by our courier partners.
- If your PIN code is unserviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
6. Delays in Delivery
- While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen events.
- In case of a significant delay, our support team will keep you updated.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
